Here's a step-by-step explanation of the reservation process:

Please select your Tour Package, or feel free to contact us for a Bespoke Itinerary or simply to get any additional information.
Contact Us.
Fill out the Contact Form or send us an email providing the following info:

⦁ Preferred Tour Package.
⦁ Type of Package
(Standard, Premium, All Inclusive or a Bespoke Itinerary).
⦁ Estimated Trip Date.
⦁ Number of Travelers.
Confirm your Reservation.
We'll send you an official invoice, which will include a detailed itinerary and serve as your affidavit for the "Support for Cuban People" travel category.
To confirm your reservation a
30% deposit is required.
You can pay the deposit in USD to our U.S. bank account via ACH transfer, Zelle, or Venmo.
If you prefer to use a credit card, we accept payments through PayPal; however, please note that a 3.5% processing fee applies.

We will get and send the E-visa to you in a PDF file via email.
Then, a few days prior to your departure, we will provide you with all the essential information necessary for your trip, including the instructions for the DViajeros Form, which is a required document that facilitates the customs and immigration process in Cuba.
