 Call us, fill the Contact Form or send us an email providing the following info:

⦁ Full Name & Phone Number.

⦁ Preferred Tour Package.

⦁Selected Trip Date. 

⦁ Number of Travelers.

We'll send you a Pro Forma Invoice and a request to pay $100 per person to secure your spot for your selected tour and date.

Once the minimum number of participants (4) is reached, the  tour will be confirmed.

We'll send you an updated offical invoice which will include also the detailed itinerary and serve as your affidavit for the "Support for Cuban People"
travel category.

If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the tour will be cancelled and your $100 payment will be fully refunded.
You may then choose an alternative date or opt for a private tour on your
preferred departure date.

Once the tour is confirmed, a 30% deposit is required to finalize your booking.
At that point, you can book your flights or confirm any existing reservations.

Both the initial $100 payment and the 30% deposit can be made via bank transfer, ACH, Zelle, Venmo, or by credit card through PayPal.
Credit card payments are subject
to a 3.5% processing fee.

We will get and send the E-visa to you in a PDF file via email.

Then, a few weeks prior to your departure, we will provide you with all the other essential information necessary for your trip, including the Balance Payment and  instructions for the DViajeros Form, which is a required document that facilitates the customs and immigration process in Cuba.

If you are already a family or a group of four or more, your tour can be confirmed instantly, with the flexibility to select your preferred departure date.

In this case, the experience will be operated as a Private Tour, offering a more personalized and exclusive journey at the same price!
